Login Instructions

Step 1: Verify the Profile
Before logging in, check the profile link:
https://www.facebook.com/UID (replace UID with the provided one).
If the page doesn’t load or shows an inactive profile, do not attempt to log in.
Take a screenshot and contact the shop for a replacement under warranty.

Step 2: Log in to Facebook
Go to https://facebook.com
Enter the UID and Password, then press Login.
When prompted for a 2FA code, generate it using the provided 2FA Key via https://www.2fasecret.com/
Enter the 6-digit code to complete your login.

Password Troubleshooting

If you receive a “wrong password” error, it may result from password formatting or encoding issues.
Reset the password through the connected Hotmail account using the provided credentials.

Hotmail Access

Access your email at https://outlook.live.com/ using the Hotmail and Hotmail Password provided.
If verification is required, open the recovery email via https://fviainboxes.com/ or https://smvmail.com/.

Warranty Policy

Accounts are covered by a 6-hour warranty period after delivery.
During this time, any inactive or inaccessible accounts will be replaced or refunded.

Warranty becomes void if:

• You log in without confirming the UID first.

• The Facebook profile becomes inactive after your login attempt.

• The account has already been accessed successfully.
