Login Instructions

1. Verify the profile first
   Before logging in, check the profile URL. If the URL is inactive, do not log in. Instead, take a screenshot and contact the shop for warranty support.

   • To check, go to: https://www.facebook.com/UID (replace UID with your account’s actual UID).

   ⚠️ Accounts that are not verified before login will not be eligible for refund or replacement.

2. Facebook login

   • Visit: https://facebook.com

   • Enter your UID and Password, then click Login.

   • You will be prompted for a 2FA code. Generate it at https://www.2fasecret.com/ using the provided 2FA secret key. Enter the 6-digit code to complete login.

   If Facebook shows “wrong password,” it usually means your IP is flagged as low-quality. In that case, try changing your IP or resetting the password using the provided email credentials.

3. Hotmail login

   • Visit: https://outlook.live.com

   • Use the given Hotmail address and password to log in.

   • If Outlook asks for a recovery code, use https://fviainboxes.com to access the recovery email.

Warranty Policy

• Accounts are guaranteed for 6 hours after delivery.

• Within this time, any invalid or inaccessible account will be replaced or refunded.

• The warranty does not cover accounts where the profile URL became inactive after you attempted login (successful or not).

• Once you successfully access an account, the warranty ends immediately.
